The tender committee shall examine the status of qualifying requirements of the bidder only during process of evaluation.

For  Pkg No. CIV/02  (Sale of Dry Fly Ash) , Downloading of Tender Document    from website is free of cost  but the cost of tender document fee is to be submitted along with bid document.at the time of submission of offer.

For CONTRACTS package, All eligible NSIC/SSI units with proper certificates from the appropriate authority shall be exempted from payment of Tender Document Fees  &  EMD. However agencies have to apply directly for tender document to the above address.

Qualifying Requirements:

1.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA :

Turnover : The average annual turnover of the bidder in preceding three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening should not be less than Rs. 112.58 Lacs (Rupees One hundred twelve lacs fifty eight thousand only).

2.0 TECHNICAL CRITERIA :
2.1

Bidder should have (A) designed, manufactured, supplied AND (B) Erected and Commissioned OR Supervised during Erection & Commissioning for  at least Two No of Pneumatic Screw Compressors each of Air delivery capacity at least 300 cfm at a rated discharge pressure of 8 Kg/sqcm.   The compressors should be in operation for at least 2 years as on the date of technical bid opening.

2.2
The bidder should have experience of successfully completing similar works within preceding 7 years reckoned as on the date of bid opening either of the following: 
 
i)
One similar completed work value of which is not less than 90.06 Lacs in INR
 
OR
ii)
Two similar completed works value of each ordr value is not less than 56.29 Lacs in INR
 
OR
iii)

Three similar completed works value of each order value is not less than 45.03 Lacs in INR.

NOTE

 
1.
Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turn over.
2.
The  word “completed” means that the bidder should have successfully completed and put to operation / commissioned   in the QR para 2.2 even if total  contract/ order is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner/employer such as  completion certificate / joint protocol/ Copy of Final Bill.
3.
Similar work in clause 2.2  shall mean : Supply,  including either  Erection & Commissioning OR  supervision during erection and commissioning of Screw Compressors OR complete package including compressor.
4.
For QR No. 1.0, the bidder shall submit the audited balance sheets & profit & loss account for the specified period in case where audited results for the last preceding financial years are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
5. Necessary documentary evidence in support of the above criteria of QR to be furnished by the bidder.
