THE MANNER OF EXECUTION OF SUBSIDY PROGRAMMES, INCLUDING THE AMOUNTS ALLOCATED AND THE DETAILS OF BENEFICIARIES OF SUCH PROGRAMMES

As such NSPCL does not have any subsidy schemes/programmes for public. NSPCL is a responsible corporate citizen and has been addressing the issue of community development in the neighbourhood areas of its Units, which had been impacted due to establishment of the project. NSPCL is also conscious about the need for socio-economic development of the under privileged and needy segments in the neighbouring areas. Towards this, NSPCL adopted "Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, February 2011. All the CSR activities are carried out in accordance with this policy. The CSR policy provides guidelines for improving the quality of life in areas where the Company has a presence. These primarily include activities related to sustainable development and inclusive growth, and to address the basic needs of the deprived, under privileged, neglected and weaker sections of the society which comprise of SC, ST, OBCs minorities, BPL families, Old and aged women/girl child, physically challenged etc.

Consequent upon introduction of the new Company's Act, 2013, a CSR Sub-Committee of NSPCL Board has been constituted to plan, implement and monitor various CSR activities at all units & CC. The focus of CSR activities undertaken by our Company is to include and integrate the neighboring stakeholders by capacity building initiatives and infrastructure development.
