QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS |
(1) |
Bi-ennial Contract for Maintenance of HT/LT Switch gear and lighting systems for 2x250MW at Expansion Power Plant, NSPCL-Bhilai. |
1. |
The agency should have valid PF registration number and A-class electrical license. |
2. |
The Financial Average Annual Turn Over of the bidder in the preceding Three Financial years ending 31st March of the previous financial year shall be not less than INR 16.5 lakh |
3. |
The bidder should have executed work of Routine, Preventive, Breakdown Maintenance/Overhauling/Erection & Commissioning of Electrical Works in the thermal power plants of 200 MW or above units during last Seven years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of the following values : - |

Single order having a value not less than Rs. 26.38 Lakh. |

Two orders having a value not less than Rs. 16.49 Lakh each. |

Annual Contract for Assistance in Operation of Coal Handling Plant of Expansion Power Plant, NSPCL-Bhilai. |

The bidder should have an average annual turnover during the last three years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, not less than 112.44 lakh. |

The bidder should have experience of executing operation assistance / routine maintenance contract in power plant of capacity 200 MW or more, during last seven years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of the following values: - |

Contract for Providing Services of Backhoe Loader & Tipper in CHP of Expansion Power Plant, NSPCL-Bhilai. |

The agency should have valid PF registration number. |
2. |
The bidder should have an average annual turnover during the last three years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, not less than 64.61 lakh. |
3. |
The bidder should have ownership of at least one Backhoe Loader as on BOD. |
4. |
The bidder should have experience of deployment of Backhoe Loader/Dozer/Poclain/Hydra in any industry for a minimum period of six months in last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of following values: - |

Annual maintenance contract of C&I at PP-II, NSPCL-Bhilai. |

The agency should have valid P.F Registration number. |
2. |
The financial average turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial year ending 31st March of the previous financial year shall be not less than INR 16.63 Lakhs. |
3. |
The bidder should have executed work of routine/ preventive, breakdown maintenance / overhauling of C&I maintenance / electrical maintenance work in the power plant of 50 MW or above during the last seven years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of the following value: - |

The bidder should have an average annual turnover during the last 03 years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, not less than Rs. 29.84 lakh. |

The bidder should have executed work of Overhauling/Routine Maintenance/ Erection and commissioning of Coal Mills type “XRP-803” or bigger size in 200 MW or above units for any PSU/Govt. Dept. /Public Ltd during last seven years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of the following value: - |

The bidder should have experience of executing CHP maintenance / CHP operation assistance contract in power plant of capacity 200 MW or more, during last seven years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of the following values: - |

Bid documents will be issued to all the parties on their request (cost of tender document to be made by a crossed demand draft / pay order / banker's cheque in favour of NSPCL payable at Bhilai) for issue of bid documents without prima-facie examination of their qualification status. However, issue of bid documents shall not mean that bidders are considered qualified. Tender document fee will not be refunded. Request for tender documents received after the last date as mentioned above due to delays postal/courier services shall not be entertained. |
2. |
Complete set of bidding documents are also available on NTPC website www.ntpctender.com prospective bidders can down load the same for submission of bids after tendering the cost of bidding documents directly on the website. |
3. |
NSPCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action. |
4. |
Agencies are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of work and the site conditions. |
5. |
Small-scale industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted for payment of EMD provided the certificate is related to the subject work only, and the quoted value is within the monetary limit for the said unit set by NSIC.
(Subject to submission of copy of registration giving details, such as validity, monetary limit, etc.)

6. |
If the last date of receiving application and date of bid opening coincide with a holiday, the date will be shifted to the next working day.
