QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS |
(01) AMC for Ash Handling System at NSPCL-Bhilai Expansion Power Plant. |
(1) |
The agency should have valid P.F. Registration number. |
(2) |
The bidder should have an average annual turnover during the last 3 years ending 31st march of the previous financial year, not less than Rs. 35.59 lakh. |
(3) |
The Bidder should have executed work of Routine Maintenance / Overhauling / Erection & commissioning of Ash Handling system of 200 MW or above units during last seven years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of the following value:- |

- Single Order having a value not less than Rs. 28.47 Lakh.
|
OR |
- Two Orders having a value not less than Rs. 17.80 Lakh each.
|
OR |
- Three Orders having a value not less than Rs. 14.24 Lakh each.
|

NOTE : |
Bidder has to produce documentary proof for executing work as mentioned above in condition 3. |
(02) : Routine, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of C&I equipments. |
(1) |
The agency should have valid P.F Registration Number. |
(2) |
The financial Average Annual Turn Over of the bidder in the preceding THREE financial years ending 31st March of the previous financial year shall be not less than INR 56.42 Lakhs. |
(3) |
The bidder should have executed work of Routine, Preventive, Breakdown Maintenance/ Overhauling/ Erection & Commissioning of Control & Instrumentation systems in the thermal power plants of 250 MW or above units during last SEVEN years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited of the following value:- |

(a) |
Single Order having a value not less than Rs. 45.13 Lakhs. |

OR |
(b) |
Two Orders having a value not less than Rs. 28.21 Lakhs each. |
|
OR |
(c) |
Three Orders having a value not less than Rs. 22.57 Lakhs each. |

Note: |
Bidder has to produce documentary proof for executing work as mentioned above in condition 3).
The executed values should correspond to a period of 12 months. |
The bidder should have experience in maintenance of instrumentation in the areas of Boiler Flame Scanners, Secondary Air Damper Control System, Pneumatic Power cylinder, Pneumatic actuators, Calibration/ Repair/ Servicing of field equipments like Pressure/ Temperature/ Flow/ Level instruments. |

(03) : Supply and Retrofitting of 6.6 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers. |
(1) |
The bidder should have experience in manufacturing of 6.6 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers. Supporting documentary evidence shall have to be submitted. |
(2) |
The bidder should have supplied & commissioned 6.6 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers to various PSU, govt./ semi govt. organizations, reputed organizations during last five years ending last date of the month previous to the NIT publication date of the following values. |

- Single order having value not less than Rs. 33.60 Lakh.
|
OR |
- Two orders having value not less than Rs. 21.00 Lakh
|
OR |
- Three orders having value not less than Rs. 16.80 Lakh
|
|
(3) |
The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 84.00 Lakhs during the last three financial years ending 31st March of the previous financial year. |
(04) : Supply of Scaffolding Structure for 250MW Boiler. |
(1) |
The intending bidder must have experience of having successful executed supply and installation of at least two Nos. of Quick Erect Scaffolding System of minimum 50 meter Height suitable for thermal power plant of unit size 200MW or more in India or abroad during last seven years reckoned as on date of bid opening with either of the following: |

(a) |
Three executed contracts/ orders of value not less than Rs. 72.5 Lakh. |

OR |
(b) |
Two executed contracts/ orders of value not less than Rs. 90.63 Lakh. |
|
OR |
(c) |
Three executed contracts/ orders of value not less than Rs. 145.0 Lakh. |
|
(2) |
Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding 3 (Three) financial year as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 362.5 lakh. |
TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
1.0 |
Bid documents will be issued to all the parties on their request for issue of bid documents without prima-facie examination of their qualification status. However, issue of bid documents shall not mean that bidders are considered qualified. Tender document fee will not be refunded. Request for tender documents received after the last date as mentioned above due to delays postal/courier services shall not be entertained. |
2.0 |

3.0 |
NSPCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action. |
4.0 |
Agencies are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of work and the site conditions. |
5.0 |
Small-scale industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted for payment of EMD provided the quoted value is within the monetary limit for the said unit set by NSIC(Subject to submission of copy of registration giving details, such as validity, monetary limit, etc.) |
6.0 |
If the last date of receiving application and date of bid opening coincide with a holiday, the date will be shifted to the next working day.
