NSPCL, Durgapur, West Bengal invites Sealed applications from eligible vendors  for enlistment for Contract cases with estimated cost up to Rs. 10 Lakhs for  following  services for 2 x 60 MW power plant for a period of three(3) years.

NSPCL, a joint venture of NTPC & SAIL, at Durgapur, West Bengal invites Sealed applications from eligible vendors for enlistment of following services for 2 x 60 MW power plant for a period of three (3) years.

The application form is available for download from website up to 20.01.2014 & Last date of submission of application along with all requisite documents is 20.01.2014 upto 5:00 pm

1) Application format for registration of vendors (Annexure-II), 2) Mandatory Documents Required to be Submitted by the Vendor (ANNEXURE-I), 3) Selection Criteria  &  4) Application Fee  along with instructions to applicants  are elaborated hereunder.

Application format for registration of vendors (Annexure-II):- The prescribed Application Format enclosed herewith should be duly filled in by all the applicants for the applicable/ relevant clauses.
2)
Mandatory Documents Required to be Submitted by the Vendor (ANNEXURE-I) :-, The applicants must have to furnish all the requisite documents as mentioned in Annexure-I. The vendor must read the same in conjunction with ‘Selection Criteria’.
3)
Selection Criteria: - the selection criteria for the job have been mentioned separately. Applicants also have to meet the relevant selection criteria for the job for which application is submitted. All necessary documents as mentioned in the Selection Criteria also have to be submitted by the vendors.
4)
Application fee : Application form to be submitted by the vendor along with application fee of Rs 500.00 above in the form of a crossed account payee Demand Draft from a nationalized Bank/ scheduled Bank drawn in favour of ‘NTPC SAIL POWER COMPANY PVT. LTD.’ payable at ‘Durgapur’.  No other mode of payment is acceptable.

All applicants registered with NSIC or MSME/SSI registered is exempted from application fee.

5) How to Apply :
 
(A)
Interested applicant should submit application form as prescribed duly filled in along with all the documents as elaborated above and signed along with covering letter in the letter head of the company.
(B)
Application must accompany with necessary application fee as instructed in detail.
(C)
Applicants registered with NSIC/MSME/SSI registered must furnish copy of the certificate to avail exemption of application fee
(D)
The application for vendor registration complete in all respect should be sent in a sealed envelope super-scribing “Application for vendor enlistment against Ref.No. NSPCL/DGP/ C&M / B/ 2013 Dated 06.08.2013 for --- --- ---- ---- --- ---- --- -    (name of job) & ………….. ( Department) “.

6) General Note:
 
(A)
Any information/data furnished by the Applicant found to be incorrect or false or misleading at any point of time would render him liable to be debarred from the Enlistment. The information sought shall be filled in completely and wherever not applicable it should be written as “Not Applicable”.
(B)
NSPCL reserves the right to cross check and confirm the information /details furnished by the Applicant.
(C)
The applicant shall strictly adhere to the “Fraud Prevention Policy” of NSPCL displayed on its tender website http://www.nspcl.co.in/tenderNotices.php.
(D)
Notwithstanding anything contained in this application for Enlistment, NSPCL reserves the right to accept or reject any application and annul the process and reject all applications at any time without any liability or any obligation for such acceptance, rejection or annulment without assigning any reasons
(E) NSPCL will process all future procurements / contracts through e-procurement / e-tender only. All the interested applicants should have required facility for the same.
(F)
Application without requisite application fee as specified above or non-submission of 1) Mandatory Documents and 2) the documents as mentioned in the Selection Criteria shall not be considered for Vendor Enlistment

Electrical license

Valid test certificate for electrical instruments at the time of execution of job is required and is subject to the verification by EIC.
However, the agency is to give an undertaking of fulfilling the above criteria, along with Vendor registration  application .

Work Experience 

Experience in testing and condition analysis of GT/UAT/ST of any electrical utility.

 
ANNEXURE-I    (Mandatory Documents Required to be Submitted by the Vendor)

 

All the following documents self-attested with seal are to be submitted mandatorily for vendor registration:-

 
  1. Copy of allotment of PF CODE No. by RPFC.
  2. Copy of ESI registration no.
  3. Trade License/Certificate of Enlistment/ Business Registration from the appropriate authority
  4. Copy of the PAN No
  5. Service Tax Regn. No.(if any)
  6. Sales tax Regn. No. (if any)
  7. (a) In case of companies, certified copies of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to be furnished  bearing the Names, Addresses and particulars of all the Directors date place of registration to  be furnished

    (b)  In case of partnership firm the names of all the partners and their addresses are to be furnished.  Copy of the partnership deed is to be attached.

     (c)  In case of individual, his full name, Address, place and nature of business are to be furnished. Copies of registration/ ownership certificate to be attached.

  8. Document pertaining to tender authorization:-

    a) In case of Partnership Firms, registered power of attorney in the name of authorized   signatory.

    b) In case of proprietorship Firm, affidavit in non-Judicial stamp paper of appropriate value to be submitted mentioning the signatory as the sole proprietor.

    c) In case of Private Limited company or Public Limited Company copy of the registration of the company along with registered power of Attorney in the name of Authorized Signatory.

  9. If Vendors registered with NSIC and having Valid NSIC Certificate with Stores Details or vendors registered with SSI then vendor has to furnish the certificate.
  10. Vendor must also furnish all the documents required as mentioned in the ‘Selection Criteria’
